5. Intellectual property

5.1 Elements owned by LA2S Co.

The architecture of the service, the interfaces, the data processing and analyses, the official dashboards, the visual assets and the Cover Esports name are the exclusive property of LA2S Co. or are licensed to it. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

5.2 Competition data

Esports competition data is supplied by PandaScore SAS, 24 rue Louis Blanc, 75010 Paris, Paris Trade and Companies Register 813 145 745.

This data is processed, aggregated, contextualised and presented in a manner specific to Cover Esports. It is neither resold nor redistributed in its raw state.

5.3 Riot Games

Cover Esports isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
Cover Esports was created under Riot Games' "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy using assets owned by Riot Games. Riot Games does not endorse or sponsor this project.

League of Legends, Valorant, Riot Games and all associated elements are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

5.4 Third-party trademarks

The names, logos and emblems of teams, leagues, competition organisers and players remain the property of their respective owners. They are used within Cover Esports for strictly descriptive and informative purposes, to allow competitors and competitions covered by the service to be identified.

Cover Esports is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these entities.

Any rights holder who considers that an element belonging to them is being used inappropriately may write to us at legal@cover-app.fr. Any substantiated request is handled as promptly as possible.

6. Distribution and sale of subscriptions

The Cover Esports application is distributed through Apple's App Store and the Google Play Store.

Paid subscriptions offered within Cover Esports are not sold by LA2S Co. The sales contract is concluded between the user and, depending on the purchase channel:

LA2S Co. acts solely as the publisher of the service. Terms of sale, invoicing, the right of withdrawal, renewal terms and refunds are the responsibility of the operator concerned.

The terms governing use of the service are set out in the Cover Esports Terms of use.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy, available at https://cover-app.fr/legal/privacy and from the application settings.

8. Content published by users

Cover Esports allows certain users to publish content, in particular dashboards. In this respect, LA2S Co. acts as a hosting provider within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.

The terms governing publication, reporting and moderation are described in the Content and moderation policy.

9. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law.
