Delete my Cover Esports account

You can delete your Cover Esports account at any time, directly from the iOS application, the Android application or the website.

From your account

1. Sign in to your Cover Esports account.
2. Open Settings, then Account.
3. Select Delete my account.
4. Confirm your identity (password, or Apple or Google sign-in depending on how you registered).

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

If you can no longer sign in

Write to privacy@cover-app.fr from the email address associated with your account. We verify your identity and then proceed with the deletion. We respond within one month at the latest.

What is deleted

• Your username, your email address and your sign-in credentials
• Your favourites, your notification preferences and your settings
• Your personal dashboards and your saved queries
• The notification tokens of your devices

This data is erased or anonymised within 30 days.

What is retained, and why

• Data necessary to comply with our legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations
• Items strictly necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim
• Reports and moderation decisions concerning you, for 3 years, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2022/2065
• Dashboards you have published and chosen to leave online, dissociated from your identity

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cover Esports subscriptions are sold by Apple, Google or Stripe depending on your purchase channel. You must cancel it with the operator concerned:

• iOS: your device Settings > your name > Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions
• Web: from the management portal available in your settings
